Never ever thought I would move to Myrtle Beach, but did so five years ago and love it.  Followed our son, grandchildren and never looked back.  Originally from Western Pennsylvania, moving from the Washington, DC area and relocating to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is the best move ever.  Myrtle Beach has so much to offer along with some of the best weather than anywhere else.  When I first got into real estate 28 years ago, I did not really understand supply and demand as I do now.   As supply of homes decline, the price of homes increase and some of the best real estate is being purchased now while the prices are still low.  With many, many interested people looking at relocating to Myrtle Beach now or within the next few years our inventory of homes will surely decline.  If you are considering relocating to Myrtle Beach check out our website and let us know how we can help.
