Jason Morris, his wife Audrey and dog Pickles have been residents on the Grand Strand for over 7 years. Jason has visited the Myrtle Beach area his entire life for family vacations.

Jason received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Winthrop University.

Jason specializes in working with sellers who are upside down on their mortgages and assisting them with doing a short sale with their properties. “The short sale process is not nearly as scary as it seems, often it allows an upside down home owner to gracefully exit a property without having the harsh effects of a foreclosure on their credit report,” said Jason Morris.
